Putin says scientists killed in nuclear explosion were testing 'most advanced' weapons: report

Russian President Vladimir Putin Thursday said that five scientists killed in a nuclear explosion last August in the northwestern part of the country were working on the "most advanced and unparalleled" weapons technologies in the world.
